GOLDLIGHT loyalty program terms and conditions

I. Terms Used

GOLDLIGHT loyalty program or Program – a customer loyalty program “GOLDLIGHT” implemented by SIA GIVEN Latvia.

Program participant or You – a natural person who has registered for the Program and uses its benefits.

SIA GIVEN Latvia or We – SIA GIVEN Latvia, reg. No. 40203166474, legal address: Dēļu iela 2, Riga, LV-1004.

Program terms or Terms – these GOLDLIGHT loyalty program terms of use, which define Your and Our rights and obligations within the Program.

Registration form – an electronic form on the GOLDLIGHT website or in another digital channel specified by GOLDLIGHT.

GOLDLIGHT account – an individual digital account of the Program participant, protected by login credentials and identity verification solutions, where the Program participant can manage their data, consents, pluses and level.

Digital identifier – a QR code, barcode, mobile phone number, email address or another digital solution provided by SIA GIVEN Latvia, by which the Program participant identifies themselves within the Program.

Store or E-store – a point of sale, online store or other sales channel of SIA GIVEN Latvia where the Program is valid.

Pluses – loyalty points accumulated in the GOLDLIGHT account, which the Program participant earns from purchases and can use in accordance with these Terms.

Level – Program status: Start, Silver, Gold, Platinum or Diamond, assigned based on the amount of pluses earned.

Personal data – personal data of the Program participant processed by SIA GIVEN Latvia in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Privacy Policy – SIA GIVEN Latvia privacy policy that defines which personal data is processed, for what purposes, on what legal basis and how long it is stored.

Program partner – a provider of goods and/or services that offers promotions, discounts or other benefits to Program participants in cooperation with SIA GIVEN Latvia.

II. Goals of the GOLDLIGHT loyalty program

2.1. The Program is designed to provide Program participants with better purchasing conditions, personalized offers and additional benefits.

2.2. The Program helps build long-term relationships with customers, recognize their loyalty and encourage customers to repeatedly use SIA GIVEN Latvia sales channels.

2.3. The Program allows SIA GIVEN Latvia to better understand customer needs and improve the assortment, communication and customer experience.

2.4. By registering for the Program, You are required to review these Terms and the Privacy Policy and confirm Your agreement with them.

2.5. If You do not agree with the Terms and/or the Privacy Policy, You cannot participate in the Program.

2.6. A legally capable natural person who has reached the age of 18 may participate in the Program, unless SIA GIVEN Latvia has determined otherwise within a specific campaign or service.

III. Participation in the Program and creation of a GOLDLIGHT account

3.1. Participation in the Program takes place only in digital format. A physical loyalty card is not issued.

3.2. One person may have only one GOLDLIGHT account, unless SIA GIVEN Latvia has confirmed otherwise in writing.

3.3. A GOLDLIGHT account can be created by completing the Registration form on the GOLDLIGHT website or in another digital channel specified by SIA GIVEN Latvia.

3.4. For account activation, SIA GIVEN Latvia may require verification of the email address and/or mobile phone number using a confirmation code.

3.5. Program benefits are available after successful registration, account activation and identification of the Program participant using a Digital identifier.

3.6. The Program participant is responsible for the security of their login credentials, the accuracy of registration data and all actions performed using their GOLDLIGHT account.

3.7. If You suspect unauthorized access to the account or loss of a device, You must immediately change Your login credentials and contact SIA GIVEN Latvia.

3.8. SIA GIVEN Latvia has the right to request additional identification or temporarily restrict access to the account if there is suspicion of misuse, data inconsistency or a security risk.

IV. Processing of personal data

4.1. By completing the Registration form and using the Program, You provide SIA GIVEN Latvia with certain personal data, which is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

4.2. SIA GIVEN Latvia may process data necessary for the administration of the Program and, with Your consent, use the data for personalized offers, communication and profiling.

4.3. For profiling purposes, if You have given Your consent, information about purchase history and frequency, preferences, place of residence, date of birth, preferred communication methods and use of Program benefits may be used.

4.4. You may give, change or withdraw Your consent to the use of data for marketing and profiling purposes at any time in Your GOLDLIGHT account or in another manner specified by SIA GIVEN Latvia.

V. Accumulation, use and validity of pluses

5.1. The Program participant accumulates pluses for purchases according to the principle 1 EUR = 1 plus, unless SIA GIVEN Latvia has established a different procedure for a specific campaign or products. Pluses are awarded only on 10% of the total purchase amount.

5.2. When using pluses to pay for a purchase, a conversion rate of 10 pluses = 1 EUR applies.

5.3. Pluses are awarded for purchases made after the Program participant has been identified using the GOLDLIGHT account or Digital identifier.

5.4. Each amount of pluses awarded is valid for 6 (six) months from the date of the respective purchase. After the expiry date, unused pluses are automatically cancelled and are not compensated.

5.5. Pluses are intended for payment for purchases. The use of pluses itself does not reduce the level achieved by the Program participant.

5.6. The level is determined based on the amount of pluses earned within the specified period, rather than the available plus balance at a particular time.

5.7. Accumulated pluses cannot be exchanged for cash, unless otherwise provided by applicable laws or separate written terms.

5.8. SIA GIVEN Latvia has the right to establish exceptions for the accumulation or use of pluses in relation to certain products, services, promotions or partner offers, informing Program participants in advance.

5.9. The current plus balance, validity periods, as well as the history of earning and using pluses are displayed in the GOLDLIGHT account or in another manner specified by SIA GIVEN Latvia.

5.10. Pluses may be used to pay for no more than 50% of the total purchase value. If another discount already applies to the purchase (for example, a product discount or promotional discount), it is combined with the discount received by using pluses. The total amount of all applied discounts may not exceed 50% of the total purchase value.

VI. Levels and their assignment

The Program participant moves to a higher level by earning pluses. The Program has five levels:

6.1. The level is assigned when the Program participant reaches the corresponding threshold.

6.2. Level changes take effect after data processing in the GOLDLIGHT system within a reasonable technical time.

6.3. To maintain a specific level, within 3 (three) years You must make purchases corresponding to the plus threshold of that level.

6.4. If the conditions for maintaining the level are not met, SIA GIVEN Latvia has the right to review and reduce the Program participant’s level according to the amount of earned pluses.

6.5. Benefits of higher levels are cumulative, unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific benefit or only the highest applicable discount is applied.

6.6. At the Start level, the Program participant uses the basic functionality of the Program: GOLDLIGHT account, accumulation of pluses, use of pluses and general Program offers.

VII. Level benefits

The benefits listed below are based on the provided level matrix. At the Start level, only the basic functionality applies; additional level benefits are shown in the table below.

VIII. GOLDLIGHT account functionality

8.1. In the GOLDLIGHT account, the Program participant can update their data, manage consents, view plus balance and level, as well as use other functions made available by SIA GIVEN Latvia.

8.2. In the GOLDLIGHT account, if such functionality is provided, the Program participant can access purchase history, plus validity periods, personalized offers and digital purchase documents.

8.3. The Program participant can at any time change communication preferences, subscribe or unsubscribe from news and withdraw consents for direct marketing or profiling.

8.4. SIA GIVEN Latvia has the right to expand the functionality of the GOLDLIGHT account, as well as limit or discontinue certain functions due to technical, security or business reasons.

IX. Termination of participation in the GOLDLIGHT program

9.1. Participation in the Program may be terminated at the initiative of the Program participant by submitting a request digitally or in another manner specified by SIA GIVEN Latvia.

9.2. SIA GIVEN Latvia has the right to terminate participation or restrict account access if the Program participant violates these Terms, provides false information, uses another person’s account or otherwise threatens Program security or other customers’ interests.

9.3. If the Program participant does not use the GOLDLIGHT account or Digital identifier for purchases for 14 (fourteen) consecutive months, SIA GIVEN Latvia may suspend the account and, if activity is not restored within 3 (three) months, terminate participation.

9.4. If the Program participant does not confirm updates to the Terms or Privacy Policy when such confirmation is required, SIA GIVEN Latvia may block the account and terminate participation.

9.5. SIA GIVEN Latvia has the right to terminate the Program entirely by notifying participants at least 30 (thirty) days in advance via the GOLDLIGHT website, GOLDLIGHT account or other communication channels.

9.6. Upon termination, the GOLDLIGHT account is closed, unused pluses and benefits expire, and personal data is further processed according to the Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

X. Validity and amendments

10.1. These Terms enter into force on 27.04.2026 and were last updated on 27.04.2026.

10.2. SIA GIVEN Latvia reserves the right to amend the Program terms, level thresholds, plus accumulation or usage rules and benefits at any time.

10.3. Significant changes are communicated at least 7 (seven) days in advance via the GOLDLIGHT website, GOLDLIGHT account or other channels.
